Please take into account, that our support team works on Monday – Friday European day time. Saturday and Sunday are days of rest.

Clients Support Policy. A note about Respect each other.

We deeply respect our clients and always serve to solve any possible problems with our products and giving advices on any input tasks.

5 days a week. 2 days we are resting from a hard work, as we put all our inspiration and passion into the sound design activities. And we are expect same respect and understanding from you.

The fact that person pay 15$ and did not pay attention to our detailed instructions or having not enough knowledge regarding synths in general does not give a right to be rude, aggressive, or infant. We constantly encounter incorrect attitudes, including simply because some people do not read our instructions attached to each product.
